Shipping

Orders placed on the WWW.SKARPETOHOLIK.PL website are processed immediately upon receipt of payment.
Shipments are made via:

a. Inpost parcel locker
delivery time: 1 to 2 business days
delivery cost: 15zł
free delivery from 299zł

b. courier service (DPD, DHL, FEDEX, other)
delivery time: 1 to 2 business days
delivery cost: 20zł

Returns

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please send a completed statement or fill out the online form.

Failure to collect or refusal to accept the shipment is equivalent to accepting the logistics service, the cost of which is 40zł.

The fee for the logistics service will be included in the settlement of the refund for the order.
